"I called this morning 3/2/2023 at 930 because our toilet was not flushing correctly and had been acting up for a few days. Kim answered the phone and was very pleasant right from the start. She asked some questions and before I knew it, she said she would be able to pump our tank out today in shock I had to verify I heard her correctly. I figured we would have to wait for a week. "True pros. These guys are new but absolutely know what they’re talking about. Nobody likes having to deal with the often-overlooked home maintenance job of tank pumping, but Kim and Greydon were fantastic. Communication prior to the job was on point, they were on time, and worked quickly and were very informative. We had a new septic system put in before we bought our house 5 years ago and we were very interested to see how it was all working and the Turner Septic crew didn’t hesitate to tell us the status and what we should and shouldn’t be doing.
